The Community R-VI School District has been working to develop a re-entry plan that incorporates guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Department of Health and Senior Services, Audrain County Health Department and a local task force made up of parents and staff members. The safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance and has been a primary focus in the development of this plan.
COVID-19 has had a profound negative impact on the lives of our students, staff, and community. As we look toward the start of a new school year we must be attentive to the continuing public health crisis caused by this pandemic and remember the information regarding COVID-19 has been ever changing.
- Require frequent hand washing breaks with soap and water; use of hand sanitizer throughout the building
- Frequently touched surfaces cleaned throughout the day
